Keyboard Equivalent For Tab Cycling

I have attempted in settings to set a keyboard equivalent allowing me to cycle through tabs using the keyboard.  So far without success.  

Has anyone figured our a keyboard equivalent to allow cycling through tabs: (1) forward, and (2) backward?
